Requests and confirmation
Submitting the form records a booking request. Your trip is confirmed only when our team confirms availability, the agreed price and pickup details. Payment is arranged with our team; this form does not collect card information or take payment.
Flight arrangements
Flight duration, route and departure are subject to wind, weather and operating approvals. Views of individual monuments and the exact moment of sunrise cannot be guaranteed.
Passenger requirements
Balloon flights: minimum age 6. Guests must be able to stand throughout the flight. Contact us about health or mobility concerns before booking.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact us as early as possible to change or cancel. Guest cancellation terms and payment arrangements must be agreed before confirmation. If the operator cancels a balloon flight because of weather or operating clearance, we offer rescheduling or a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled flight.
Pickup and other services
Gratuities and additional tours are not included. Airport pickup and special transfer requests are quoted separately.
